Minimalist teak office sideboard designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, the Netherlands, 1958.
This highly collectable sideboard is regarded as a true icon of Dutch midcentury design.
The sideboard has an outstanding clean geometrical design with a minimal black lacquered metal base, beautiful teak wood and black rectangular handles.
The teak wood veneer has a beautiful and warm patina.
On the left you find an office compartment with shelves, four bentwood drawers (the interior of the drawers is just wonderful, see photos) and 2 convertible doors oben a great storage area on the right hand.
The sideboard is in good original condition with normal traces of use.
