probably the world’s largest legendary de Sede sofa ever - the model DS 600 in black and darkbrown leather with 36 elements!
Design by Ueli Berger, Eleonore Peduzzi-Riva, Heinz Ulrich + Klaus Vogt in 1972.
The sofa comes from the munich residence of an art collector, in the middle of the art hall you could comfortably look at the works from there.
It consists of 36 black and dark brown leather elements, so it does not look too dark for its size!
All elements have black felt bases with a numbered substructure.
A Sofa with unlimited configuration possibilities - the upholstery segments can be joined together with zips, so that free-flowing mobile concepts are possible in addition to conventional furniture arrangements. The sofa has 4 black armrest elements, so that 2 separate sofas can be created - for example to place them opposite each other, see photo in the offer! (4 armrest elements + 32 seating elements)
Down soft upholstery for the legendary de Sede seating comfort.
This sofa is simply breathtaking and of astonishing size, should it ever stand too large - you can easily remove some elements!
Absolutely nice vintage condition....about 9meters wide!
